Oblique Blast

This is a Ball pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 9865)

I hope you enjoy this ball ab work. My class had a ball, no pun intended, doing this little routine.

I had the class stand in a circle formation. I asked them to count 1, 2 until they hit the last person. All the number 1's faced into the circle and number 2 faced out. Number 1 had to squeeze the ball between their legs and don't let go. Now number 2 rotated her or his body contractig their obliques and pass their ball to number 1. Number 1 in turn rotated and passed it to number 2. This continued clockwise for 60 seconds, and then we went counter clockwise for 60 seconds. Now number 2 holds the ball between their legs for the 2 rotations.

I hope you understand my explanation. You continually keep rotating from side to side to receive the ball and pass the ball.
