3-Counts and Hold

This is an Abs pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 9860)

Here's a quick one to throw in there when you're pumping out your abs routine ...

Lay flat on floor, both feet on floor, hands behind the head and elbows wide. Start with regular crunches, up and down, then do:

It will start to burn. Enjoy!
