4 punches, knee and kick!

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 9861)

Start with right foot forward.

Break it down to one move to each count:

Jab (1), cross (2), uppercut (3), hook (4), knee (5,6), kick (7,8)

I sometimes do jacks to change to left foot front but sometimes I just do the whole thing immediately on the other side facing the back of the room.
