Sensei Away!

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from (pattern 9869)

This is a good advanced move for those whose members are sick of aerobics with a few punches thrown in!

It's a travelling move - 3 jabs travelling right, one cross with left

Front kick with the left leg, and then a spinning back kick with the right. This will keep everyone still facing right. To avoid getting dizzy, add a 4 punch combo: front jab, back arm crosses, front hook, back uppercut

Then begin the travel sequence all over again.

When travelling back, do everything on the left side.

This is guaranteed to challenge your advanced class! They will love this - make sure there is enough room in your class, and everyone has good form when they pivot!
