Go into bicycle abs, opposite arm to kness. Go till burn and on.
Knees back over hips. Toes touch ground come right back up. No rest here! Bring knees as far up to chest as possible. Back down tap floor. Continue tapping floor 3 taps. Back up far as possible. Taps are light. No rest! till you know, the burn! on
Now the final event. Back to bicycle position. This time same elbow to same knee. Side side. Burning all the way.
