Kicks, Flicks and Squats!!

This is a Step pattern from (pattern 9891)

(repeat other lead)

This could be vertical, but my participants do not like to be 'backwards'. Instead I keep the box horizontal, starting with right side of body to the box.

OK, what the heck is a kick lunge??? Right lead, kick left leg. Bring left leg back down, tap or lunge the right leg over the other side of the box.

And, here's a description of the kick/flick kick: With right lead, kick left leg and STAY ON THE BOX. Kick right leg. Double quick flick the left leg and come down.

Turn squat: right lead - turnstep but keep left foot on the box-don't exit. Squat, then both feet up on the box, bounce (or clap) 2 count, then straddle down.

This is self-reversing and fun!!!
