Up and Down Interval

This is a Cycling pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 9894)

My class really loves this one, we do it once a week for intensity and variety!

Start out with regular warm-up, for 3-4 minutes on level 0-1. You will alternate seated climb with standing climb as you go up the triangle, and alternate standing runs with seated sprints on the way back down. Only the time interval changes. You have a changing work interval, but always a one minute recovery interval at level 2-3.
