The return of TX Jeff

This is a Step pattern from (pattern 9901)

Bench is horizontal. All combos are 32 count and self-reversing. Thanks to everyone who has emailed me with comments. I'll try not to take so long putting new stuff on here next time. Hey Shaun-thanks for being such a pal, YOU'RE THE GREATEST!

Combo 1:

Repeat left lead

Combo 2:

Repeat left lead

Combo 3:

NO TAP-Repeat left lead

Combo 4:

Repeat left lead

Combo 5:

Repeat left lead

I tell my class BEFORE we start that this routine had LOTS of lunges in it.

A full turn is a small turn on the bench and continuing with a turn on the floor before finishing with a heel curl-you will change your leading foot. I call a "backlash" a lunge back, lunge to the side with the same foot, then exiting.
