Energizing Music

This is a Cycling pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 9907)

Great CD I stumbled across:
4 member female group named Bond
CD title is Born.

Each member plays a string instrument and the songs are accompanied by a full band (but not like a cheesy drum machine sound). There are 4 really good cycling songs on the CD--a couple have a calm symphonic beginning (which is good for a quick break after the previous drill) and then they kick into a full, high energy beat. There's another song (maybe Alexander the Great, can't remember for sure) that is good for rolling hills...there's a voice that says "Go" which can be used to signal the downhill run after the climb. There's another song I used for an 'endurance' run---cycle with the tempo (about 148 bpm), set the resistance as high as you can (about a 7) and still stay with the pace, close your eyes and focus.

It's fun and just a little different.

Enjoy!
