Remember the time.....................

This is a Cycling pattern from (pattern 9913)

Killer tip for number 6:
Use your towel to do the running. Put your towel through the hole in the bar and hold it with your hands. It's like riding a horse...Rawhide!

Freeze: upper body still, just the legs are moving

Climb sitting/standing in slow motion: use a 8 or 16 counts interval. Sitting hands postion 2, sitting hands position 1/2 3 (between position 2 and 3 on the bar) upper body down, standing hands position 3 butt just above the saddle, standing hands position 3 (normal position) and then go back down again. Every time when you finish the combination, turn up the resistance.
