Hopping Crane

This is an Aquatic pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 9921)

To do the crane, begin by standing on your left leg. Extend your right leg straight behind you. Squeeze that right leg up and you'll really feel it in your glutes! Arms are out to the side for balance.

Once you are in position, add hops on your left leg emphasizing deep knee bends. Repeat hops with right leg down and left leg extended backward.

I like to do the crane in combination with cross country ski.
