This is an Abs pattern from (pattern 9936)

Have set of hand weights. May want to start light. In supine position bring knees up. Feet flat on floor. Place weights under knees. Squeeze them in there. Don't hurt yourself over it. Perform a reverse curl. Always in control. Bring knees up to chest or as far as possible for clients. Bring knees back to 90 degree angle. Repeat...

Flexibility varies in all of us. If exercise does not feel good to you, stop!
