Kick It!

This is an Aquatic pattern from (pattern 9955)

Hello everyone! I have been getting some good ideas for my Aquasize classes and thought I would share this one with you. Thanks for the ideas.

Here is a aqua pattern for the shallow water. This is a 64 count pattern.

Repeat the pattern 4x's to be able to face a new wall each time you start the pattern. Turn to face a new wall while you are doing the hops.

*Russian Kicks - submersion, shoulders are in the water, seated position and alternate kicks in front pressing with the heel.
