Up and over, up and over.........

This is a Cycling pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 9964)

This is a pretty simple to understand, but very intensive. I do this one following the warmup. It is basically a contrast between sprints using a lot of resistance (about 70%) and sprints using little or no resistance. Here is how it goes:

After this portion I see how the class is doing, if they can hancdle one more I add a 1 minute 30 second set.

Work these drills back down to 30 seconds. So if you end up at a minute 30 seconds, your next set would be one minute 15 seconds, next would be one minute, next woudl be 45 seconds, and the final would be 30. SO you work your way up the scale and then bring yourself back down.

I hope you guys can understand this, to me it was hard to explain, so hopefully you got something out of it! This set is also nice because it takes a good amount of time-great for the days when you are all out of ideas! Hope you all enjoy!! Your suggestions have been wonderful
