Sporty Spice's (Mel C's) #4: cardio boost

BoxAerobics pattern from

This is the first time I have submitted a cardiokick
combo of mine, so let me know what you think!
#1-
- (8 counts) Feet wide stance, arms in guard
- (2) Jump in, then out- just a jack without the arms
- (2) Jab x 2 right/left
- (2) Jump in, then out
- (2) Bob or quick squat x 1
First, I start off with repetition and then take each part
slowly (4 counts each). If you teach beginners, then maybe
keep it at as a 16 count combo.
#2-
- (16 counts)- Facing front
- (4) Shuffle speed bag right
- (4) Left cross x 2
- (6) Two right knees, 1 right kick
- (2) Left uppercut
