Sporty Spice's (Mel C's) #4: cardio boost

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from (pattern 9975)

This is the first time I have submitted a cardiokick combo of mine, so let me know what you think!


First, I start off with repetition and then take each part slowly (4 counts each). If you teach beginners, then maybe keep it at as a 16 count combo.
