Intensity!

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 9985)

Good Luck with this one. I've used it so many times and my classes still love it!

Face the side of the room so that you are punching in front of you. (you will be punching to the mirror, but facing hips and shoulders to the side).

Facing to the right:

HINT: use the 2 hops to face the other side so you can begin with a right jab while facing left.
