Bounce and Burn - Ball Cardio

This is a Ball pattern from (pattern 9993)

There are not many cardio ball patterns, so I thought I would contribute. For this class, we are seated and bouncing on the ball. All moves are performed as you rise from the ball, not when you come down onto the ball. I hope this make sense, please email with questions!!!!

Pattern 1 (32 counts)

Pattern 2 (32 counts)

Repeat pattern again beginning hell taps with left foot

Pattern 3 (32 counts)

Pattern 4 (32 counts)

Repeat pattern again beginning kicks with left foot

I know cardio on the ball is fairly new, so if the names of moves don't make sense, please email me and I will gladly give you descriptions. Happy Health!!!!
