Love That Ball

This is a Body Sculpting pattern from (pattern 9997)

You will need a big ol' ball, tube with handles, and hand weights.

Exercise 1- take the handle tubing and loop one handle through the tube. You should have a loop. Put your foot through the loop and tighten the tubing around the ankle. You will need to sit on the tubing while sitting on the ball. Now do leg extensions! The shorter the tubing is between your booty and the ankle, the more difficult the exercise will be.

Exercise 2-Lay your tummy on top of the ball. The tricep area is resting against the ball. Now perform preacher bicep curls.

Exercise 3-Keep your body in the same position and perform tricep kickbacks.

Exercise 4-Sit on the tubing while sitting on the ball. Hook thumb in handle and bring the tube IN FRONT of the arms. Perform Arnold/shoulder presses up.

Exercise 5-Same position as exercise 4 except cross the tubing over your lap so that the left handle will be in the right hand and the right handle will be in the left hand. Perform side lateral raises.
