"Easy" as ABC

This is an Abs pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 10006)

This is a simple exercise, but it should probably be done with participants that have well-trained abs.

With the hands on the floor, or under the low back for support, lay the upper body on the floor and have class hold feet 8-12 inches off the floor, neutral spine of course!

With participants in a circle, start with one and have them draw the letter "A" with their feet keeping legs straight, all other participants are still holding legs up.

The next person in the circle will then draw the letter "B."

Continue on until you have gone through the entire alphabet. Be sure to let them know that if they draw the wrong letter or forget which letter they are supposed to draw, then you start back at "A."

This should have them moaning! I usually do this exercise after a set of crunches and V-sits. They will love you for it!
