Kickbox and move

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from (pattern 10007)

It's pretty simple. You can be facing any way you want for this.

On the front kicks move forward, on the crescent knees move it back. Crescent knees are where you take your leg lift it up and out to the side. Just alternate between the two. Enjoy!
