Here's one for all the new instructors, and anyone else who needs something easy to follow!
My class is at a new gym with mostly new students who have never done step before. This is one of my easy, beginners routines. I enjoy it, and so does the class! This is semi tapless - meaning I only do down taps on natural moves such as over the top etc. All 32 count self-reversing, start with right lead!

* Squat around: Squat up to step (1,2 one leg on step face east), squat on top of step (3,4), squat down to floor (5,6 one leg on floor opp. side face west) step down (7,8)
** Squat up/down: Squat up to step (1,2), step up (3,4) squat down to floor (5,6) step down (7,8)
