Step and lunge

This is a Step pattern from (pattern 10021)

32 count self-reversing pattern. Step bench is horizontal and you are facing North. This pattern works the bench both horizontally and vertically (mix it up and keeps ya thinking)

Finish your L-step (or cue "knee piovt exit behind bench) You are now facing north again and can repeat on the left.

**You will be facing east, working the bench vertically, first kick towards the front of the room, second kick towards the back of the room.

This pattern works the south side to the west side (right foot lead) then south side to east side (left foot lead)
