Up the heart rate!

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 10022)

Hello everyone,
This is my first time submitting anything. I have been teaching cardio kickboxing for about 6 months. I love it and my class has grown from 3 to 20 people! If you have any questions just email me.

After about 4 sets of 32 counts I say leave the kicks in one spot! Then after one set 32 I have them pulse squat 32 counts. As we pulse squat I explain that we are going to do a right front kick, pulse squat, left front kick, pulse squat. We then do that for about 3 sets of 32 count.
