8 Count Double Hook Pattern

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 10579)

(Forgive my ignorance of aerobic terminology. I'm not from an aerobic background - I'm a black belt in karate and we are always left lead and have different names for things than kickboxing from the aerobic angle does.) In my class I always start out with the basic punches to the beat (jab, cross, hook, uppercut) When we have gone through them all individually, I have them put it all together like this:

Repeat
(I cue jab - cross - double hook - double hook - upper - upper)

I start them out doing it half time and then speed it up to the beat. Newer students may need to keep it at half time until they have it memorized. More advanced students can stay fast to the beat if you need to go slow for new people.
