Burn that butt

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 10587)

I use this combo as a transition when I need to slow down a bit - it's still intense, just not bouncy.

I call it like this "Lunge, KICK, lunge, squat, lunge, KICK..."

I tell them to keep their center of gravity low unless they're kicking. During the kick, they should give it all they have and make a powerful kick.
