Tap - N - Kick

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 10598)

This is a good pattern to use when you're introducing the various kicks to a class.

Next take the taps out and do a front kick with your right leg, a side kick with your left leg, knee up with the right leg, round house with the left leg and back kick with the right leg.

Change your lead leg and do all the kicks again. Do as many sets as your want. It's a fun combo and I hope someone can use it.
