BREATHE ... if you can!

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from (pattern 10614)

Visual: Your target is beside you - one target on the left and another on the right:

2nd combo:

Then combine both combos. It seems like a long combo to combine but the steps are repetitive and the members should be able to keep up with a good breakdown.
