Defined Delts

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 10616)

This pattern uses very light weights (1 or 2 pounds, depending on your students). I normally don't like to use weights when executing punches; however, these are such basic moves, I feel safe using them.

Stance is right shoulder forward, left shoulder back.

(Repeat in 4's then 2's)

(Repeat in 4's then 2's)

Facing front:

(Repeat in 4's then 2's)

Repeat as many times as you want

(Repeat in 4's then 2's)

Repeat as many times as you want

(Repeat whole segment on the left)

This is a very intense pattern and shouldn't be used for beginners. However, for more advanced students, it is great for variety and building definition. Be careful to remind students to use only very light weight. Any more than 2 or 3 pounds and they risk the potential for injury. Trust me, they'll feel it with 1 or 2 pound weights.

Any questions, email me.
