GREAT Sprint Song

This is a Cycling pattern from (pattern 10643)

First of all THANKS to everyone for such fantastic ideas...wish I'd found the site earlier.

Just wanted to contribute a song to the pile, STEP TWO by DMB is an incredibly motivating sprint tune. One of the class favorites is anywhere from 5-10 1 minute sprints with a 30 second recovery between each. Our goal is to try and hold the same pace throughout all 10 and if they are feeling brave, increase the tension for the last 15 seconds of each interval. You'll need more than one song but STEP TWO is fast, motivating and long (6 min) so it works for the bulk of the set.
