Doin' the Box!

This is a Hi/Lo pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 10656)

Essentially, you have just led your class in a big box and you are now at the front of the room again - now add onto this combination, for example..... after the 8 knees up, add 8 hamstrings, but go back to 4 knees up, as it is easier to transition into the double grapevine, and do the box again. Next time in front of the room add on with 8 leg side (abductors), then 4 hamstrings, 4 knees up, then double grapevine. This is a great endurance workout - You can start the combo in a High Impact zone and towards the end break it down into a more low impact, high intensity workout. (i.e. Squat vs. Jumping Jack) Plus - it is fun and takes a good 20 minutes to run from start to finish! As always - MAKE IT FUN! If you have any questions - email me.
