Kauai - New Ball Exercises - BLT (not a sandwich)

This is a Ball pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 10665)

These exercises are from Karen Voight's BLT (butt, legs, tummy) video -

Plie squats: Seated on the ball, more inflation is better than less for this exercise so that hips don't drop below knees - on the 4 count perform 3 little plie squats then 1 higher raise on 4 - # of reps up to you but a good exercise to stick with for 3 - 5 minutes.

Prone hips on top of ball, straight arms on floor, abs contracted to support spine: flex feet and perform leg beats bringing heels together for adductor/abductor work choose reps (I mix this up with releasing knees down to floor and rounding back over ball before the next exercise)...same position, point toes and perform 3 leg crosses and 1 open, choosing tempo and reps
