5-10 minutes - warm up
Boxer shuffle, ring movements, torso twists, speedbag, side to side, fast feet, fast feet with uppercuts, bob & weave

5 minutes - stretch
Neck, shoulders, arms, hands, trunk, waist, hamstrings, hip flexors, calves, quads, achilles

Water Break

7 minutes - jump rope
Double leg in, double leg out, in and out, scissor kick, right leg, left leg, double jump, (Combo for 2 minutes)

5 minutes - leg work
Walking lunges down and back, stationary, down and back, wall squats (5 times)

15-20 Minutes - combos

5-7 Minutes - abdominals

2-5 Minute cool down
Floor stretches
