This is a Step pattern from (pattern 10686)

This routine requires a vertical bench.

Begin on the back of the step.

Combo #1

Combo #2

Repeat starting with combo #1

Another option instead of lunging to the back of the bench is to hop back straddling the bench, till you reach the back (4 hops) and then begin Combo #1 again.
