Step kickbox

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from (pattern 10688)

Bench is horizontal. All moves are self-reversing. Hope someone can find it useful.

I always end the class like with the following and they love it:

Standing on the step facing the end of the step (shorter end). Start off with right straddle, then left. Alternate straddles right/left for 8

Change the taps to single knees for 8, repeater knees 4x, front kicks for 8, side kicks (boxing kicks not side leg lifts) for 8, back kicks for 8. and repeat the whole thing. Then we go to lunges off the step with alternating jabs, cross punches and then punches toward the floor (this is great for legs but remind them to keep abs tight and pelvic tilt as they bend over)
