Screaming Abductors

This is a Ball pattern from (pattern 10699)

This one makes them scream. It is short and to the point. I teach this move in both pilates and resist-a-ball. It primarily works the abductors, glutes and multiple stabilizers.

Switch sides

Watch that body alignment. No sitting back with the hips. If that hand is behind the head, keep the chest wide without sinking in. This is my first submission. I hope this makes sense. Any questions, drop me a note. Resist-a-ball is so much fun. Thanks everyone at turnstep for some great stuff.
