Power Pushups

This is a Body Sculpting pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 8572)

These push ups REALLY work the arms and chest. And because you have your students use the walls, everyone can do it! You will hear the wailing of workout whines(-:

Have all your students pick a spot on the wall, making sure they all have enough room for their elbows to extend out. Ask them to face the wall, keeping their necks in line with their spine, hands on the wall in push up position. Heels off the floor, rolling on their toes with each "push" toward the wall.

Stretch your triceps and pecs.

Repeat all three phases 2 more times!!
