Overload interval/athletic training

This is very simple, not really a pattern so much as an option for interval training and overload.....it's a good addition after a couple of complex patterns; gives the mind a break, increases the heart rate, and takes up some time if you haven't had time to prepare a choreographed hour of step! ALL levels love it as they can modify all of the movements, holding just the alternating heels up, propulsions, or even just a basic step....the advanced people love it because they ALWAYS sweat! It requires a fair bit of energy!
