This is an Aquatic pattern from (pattern 8579)

I'm not sure if this workout would qualify as a pattern or not, however it's a great!!! workout for a younger class that is interested in aerobic fitness.

This is a great aerobic workout, it can take 20 minutes to complete, so it can be used for the aerobic component of your workout.

I use instructions at the pool edge with the line exercises written in point form so that the participants know what's next, eg.
