This is a Step pattern from (pattern 8586)

Bench is horizontal. All combos are self-reversing. Begin with right leg leading.


Repeat left.


Repeat left and combine from top.


Repeat left. Keep building from the top.

#4 (transition)


Repeat left.


Repeat left.

#7 Off right end of the bench leading right

Repeat left.

Believe it or not, there is still class time to throw in some lunges and then do the entire routine from the top leading left.

INDECISION: I cue this " Up; Lunge 2; Off " (8)

REVERSE KNEE STRADDLE: I pulled this one off a combo last week. From the L it is a step right left knee up, (back to inside of bench) straddle down (left leads the straddle) (4) Left step right knee and off (4) It is basically a step knee straddle step knee off but with your back to the middle of the bench.

You will most definitely see your stuff throughout my combos. I am constantly pulling out my favorite steps and making the combos my own. Thanks very much for everything.
