Kim's Kombat Kombos

This is a Hi/Lo pattern from (pattern 8597)

Hi ALL! These combos can be used for hi/low or cardio kick. Even my seniors like them. Hope you do too!

Combo #1 -32 counts

(Focus on form, slow powerful kicks on the spot, hands up in defensive fists)

Combo #2 -32 counts

*Cross is a punch starting from one side of the body crossing over to the other - you will rotate the trunk as you punch to each side.

Combo #3 -32 counts

Repeat left. (Contact me if you need help)

Combo #4 - 32 counts

I repeat each combo until I know they have it. Then I add on and keep putting them together.
