Donkey Kicks

Body Sculpting pattern from

This is a great workout for the glutes and hamstrings.
Using a bodybar, a step, and a resistaband:
- 1) Place the bodybar through the handles of the band
- 2) Place the bodybar with band on top of the step. Handles
should be about 5 inches apart.
- 3) While holding the bar with both hands get on your
knees. Your position will resemble that of a dog. Place
one foot in the band making sure your heel remains flexed.
What could possibly happen is if you point your toe when
extending the leg back, the band could slip.
- 4) Push heel straight back using the band as resistance.
Then bring knee back in. Movement of leg extending and
retracting should remain parallel to floor. Thanks and
