Combat Best

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from (pattern 8658)

Start in box-position, right shoulder facing front, looking towards left wall

Now you can start the whole combo from the left side.

Have fun and kick it!

I build up the combo with only step touch back and forth, add the punches,then one knee lift, which becomes the front kick. The same with sidekick (first a side knee lift) and so on.....After each step done a couple of times, the next comes to it. In between I use shuffles to come back to my starting position.
