Hi everybody,
this is an easy pattern to get your kickboxing class
started and motivated!!!
Side stance left leg back:
- 1x JAB right
- 1x CROSS left
- 1x JAB right
- Step back with the right leg to left
- Step front with right leg
- 1x Front kick left leg
- Step back right leg
- Repeat 8x.
Active rest:
Speedbag single arms left/right than double
Change sides into side stance right leg back
Repeat combo.
