Simple But Effective

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from (pattern 8669)

Hi everybody,
this is an easy pattern to get your kickboxing class started and motivated!!!

Side stance left leg back:

Active rest:
Speedbag single arms left/right than double
Change sides into side stance right leg back
Repeat combo.
