Jeff Christensen's Low Moves II

This is a Hi/Lo pattern from (pattern 8672)

Repeat sequence facing new direction. 4 repetitions brings you back to front.

Explanations / tips:

* Layer the step touches up to 'skates' or 'jumps' for intensity.

** Step to the right then turn to face right wall as you step touch back to the left.

*** Rock: Like rockinghorse ie: left ham curl, right knee lift, left ham curl.

**** Don't forget to step then lift the knee to start.

Build the sequence facing the front of the room and replacing the step touch 'L' with a regular step touch X 2. Layer on the step touch 'L' afterwards.

It's pretty simplistic and I don't know why but they seem to enjoy this one and mention it if I omit it from class.
