Swirl up

This is a Step pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 8686)

2 Knee repeater--- step right foot on step (1), lift left knee up 2 counts..(2-3-4-5), step down on 5-6... reverse turn right foot leads (7-8) then right foot taps floor on one as you do a 3 knee repeater with that leg (1-2-3-4-5-6 ) step off (7-8)

Then do it with the left leg...

Add a revolivng door with 4 hamstrings pulls side to side.. change th ehamstring pulls to a corkscrew,

Corkscew.. hamstring pull on top X 2 facing the back of the room (1-2-3-4) step down (5-6) and one jack (7-8)

its all goooooooood!!!!!!!!!
