L-step side kick

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 8677)

12 count combo with step

Standing at the narrow end of the step left lead

I usually teach this as three 4 counts breaking down the kick, and back and front L-step seperately. I use this as a repeater for a hard cardio burn 2 sets of 8 complete combos then repeat with right lead from right side of step.
