Group rotation

This is an Aquatic pattern from (pattern 8693)

Hello again from Tasmania (Australia). I always like to vary my classes and recently I came up with this workout and my class really enjoyed it. You can choose your own time limit on each exercise. I used 2 minutes, but you may like to go longer.

Shallow end.

Divide participants into 3 groups.

Give each group a different kick board exercise. Rotate until each group has done each of the 3 exercises.

Give each group a different arm exercise e.g.:

Rotate the groups until each has completed each of the arm exercises.

Give each group a different jumping exercise e.g.

Rotate the groups until each has completed of the jumping exercises.

Now go to the deep end.

Give each group a deep water exercise e.g.:

Now give each person a noodle and give each group a different noodle exercise e.g.:

Participants need to be strong in the shoulders to perform this exercise. Cue participants to make sure arms are vertical and NOT out to the side.

These are examples of the exercises that I used, but vary to suit your own classes and add more on if time allows. Have fun. Thanks to all who have contributed to this site. You are all appreciated heaps.
