The Line-up

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from (pattern 8694)

A fun FREE-FOR-ALL for the end of any Boxing class.

Have partners line up in middle of room facing each other. One partner has on gloves and other partner has the striking targets. Let you punching partners decide what they want to do: jabs, hooks, blocks, upper cuts, kicks..etc.

They will tell the partner what they want and let the class have at it for 30 second intervals. After 30 seconds, the partners rotate right by the end person sprinting to the other end and again telling that person what drill they want. They must change the drill every time.

Once the puncher gets back to their original partner, have them switch positions and start all over again. This drill should focus on SPEED and FORM for your members. It is a great end of class cardio boost and allows you to notice any poor techniques.

Make them punch as fast and hard as they can for their 30 seconds!!!
