This is a Hi/Lo pattern from (pattern 8709)

Repeat from top.

To make more hi impact- 1. clap arms up at top of A-step and down at bottom of A-step; 2. step touch arms are side and up; 3. pump arms up when marching up for 4; double arms to the side for lunges, etc.
