Cardio Kickbutt

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from (pattern 8717)

If you want it harder, make the squat a lunge! By the time you are finished with this, their legs are toast! Don't stop now though. I've found that the best class is the one that will push them to their limits and then make them do more and even more.
